Disrupt Trafficking in Your Hotel
Rhode Island law requires certain private business to display a sign with the state and national hotline and resource center information in a conspicuous location, including: 1) Strip clubs and other “sexually-oriented” business; 2) Business entities that have been found to be a nuisance due to prostitution; 3) Job recruitment centers, 4) Hospitals; and 5) Emergency-care providers. Therefore, any lodging facility that had been adjudicated a nuisance, due to prostitution activity is covered by the law. The signs are also required in every transportation center, rest area and welcome center.
Our poster below fulfills all of Rhode Island’s legal requirements.
